The Founders
MRM was formed by Prentiss Anderson and Sean Brittain. Based in Honolulu, working with clients across Hawaii and the continental U.S. who need technology that actually fits their site conditions.
Prentiss brings traffic management, roadway safety, and field operations. He knows how work actually gets done on Hawaii’s roads and job sites. Sean brings the software engineering, network infrastructure, and systems integration. He builds the tech.
Between them: the field knowledge to understand the problem and the engineering capability to solve it.

Prentiss Anderson
Co-Founder
Traffic control, roadway safety, field operations. Hands-on experience with the physical infrastructure side of public safety: work zones, traffic management plans, school zone safety, and the day-to-day reality of keeping roads and communities safe across Hawaii.
Sean Brittain
Co-Founder
Software engineering, network infrastructure, systems integration. Builds the custom platforms, writes the automation software, designs the camera networks, and connects legacy field hardware to modern cloud dashboards.
In Practice
A typical project starts with a phone call. Someone has a problem: cameras keep going offline, a work zone needs automated signage, a guard company is drowning in paper logs. We visit the site, look at the existing infrastructure, and figure out what’s actually possible.
Then we build it. Sometimes that means configuring vendor hardware. Sometimes it means writing custom software from scratch. Sometimes it means bolting a solar panel to a pole and running 5G backhaul because there’s no other option. Whatever the site demands.
After deployment, we monitor everything we build. 24/7. If something goes down at 2am, we know before the client does.

Vendor Agnostic
We recommend what works, not what pays us a commission. We've deployed UniFi, evaluated Avigilon, and replaced Verkada. No loyalty to any brand.

Every system starts with a site survey and a custom design. No cookie-cutter proposals, no overselling.
